Two other 27-year-old men were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. | |
Det Insp Paul Lloyd said 12 men in four white cars pulled up at the park where a group of seven other men had gathered. | |
“[It was] instantaneous. They jumped out and ran and started this altercation,” he told reporters. | |
“It certainly appeared it was targeted. The way that they turned up, and [have] just gone straight to it.” | |
A 24-year-old Manor Lakes man and three Wyndham Vale men – two 26-year-olds and a 28-year-old – were arrested nearby and will be interviewed by investigators on Saturday. | |
