(1 day later)
Anka and her baby were last seen on 17 October Police had appealed for help to find the pair
Police say they are "deeply concerned" for the welfare of a mother and her three-month-old baby who have not been seen for almost two weeks. A mother and her three-month-old baby, who were missing for two weeks, have been found, police confirm.
Anka, 29, and her baby were captured on CCTV leaving a hotel in Luton, Bedfordshire, on Thursday, 17 October. Bedfordshire Police had appealed for help to locate them, saying they were "deeply concerned" for the welfare of the woman and her baby.
Det Sgt Ben Searle has called on the public to help them locate the pair. They were last seen on CCTV leaving a hotel in Luton, Bedfordshire, on 17 October.
"It's imperative that Anka knows she is not in any trouble," he said. "But we would urge anyone that knows anything about their whereabouts to please come forward." Officers said on Thursday that the pair had now been found and were both "safe and well".
Anka was last seen wearing a black zip-up top, jeans and black trainers. She was carrying a red and green bag.
The CCTV pictures show her walking out of a Travelodge on Dunstable Road in the town. Officers later received reports of a sighting in Wellington Street.
Det Sgt Searle added: "If you have seen Anka or have any information that may help our investigation, no matter how small, then please contact us so we can bring them home safely."
Bedfordshire Police can be contacted by phone on 101 or online.
