Teenage girl stabbed at station

The girl, from the Merseyside area, was taken by ambulance to the Royal Liverpool Hospital, where she is in a stable condition. Two 15-year-old girls were arrested by officers from British Transport Police (BTP) in connection with the incident. A knife was recovered from the scene and the area was cordoned off for investigations, although the station remains open. Police said the two girls were helping police with their inquiries on Monday evening. Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact British Transport Police. |
