Two cars have been set alight in an arson attack in Antrim. It is understood flammable liquid was used to burn the cars.

Three men attacked a house at Ballymather Road in the town at about 0330 GMT on Monday.

One of the cars was completely burnt out and the gang attacked the house with paint, a police spokeswoman said.

"The offenders are believed to have made off in a car which was adjacent to the property," she said.
