Police have been given a further 36 hours to question two men arrested in connection with the discovery of a woman's body in a car boot. A woman whose body was found in a car boot after it was driven to a police station on Saturday has been named as Nicola West, 34, of Ipswich.
A post-mortem examination carried out by a Home Office pathologist on Sunday night established the woman's cause of death as strangulation.
Two men from Ipswich, aged 35 and 28, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and remain in custody.
Police have been given a further 36 hours to question them.
