Concern grows for missing woman 'Cash withdrawn' by missing woman

Detectives have stepped up the search for a woman who went missing in Edinburgh last week. A woman who has been missing for a week withdrew a large sum of money from three cash machines before disappearing, police in Edinburgh said.
Lothian and Borders Police have been out on high visibility patrol, handing out leaflets and putting up posters in the St Leonards area. Susannah Ellis, 28, was last seen at 1100 GMT on Sunday, 4 February, near the Commonwealth Pool in the St Leonards area of the city.
Susannah Ellis, 28, was last seen at 1100 GMT on Sunday, 4 February, near the Commonwealth Pool and police have been speaking to members of the public. Ms Ellis, who is thought to suffer from depression, used the cash machine near the leisure centre on Dalkeith Road.
Officers appealed for information or for Ms Ellis to get in touch. Police have been patrolling the area seeking clues about her whereabouts.
It is understood she used the cash machine outside the leisure centre on Dalkeith Road at about 1130 GMT on the day she disappeared. Officers from the Lothian and Borders force handed out leaflets and put up posters in St Leonards on Sunday.
A rucksack belonging to the missing woman was found by police in the grounds of The Crags pub on Dalkeith Road last Monday.
