The men were taken from Coventry to the central London court in a police convoy. Later, police said Basiru Gassama, 29, who was also held in the raids, has been charged under the Terrorism Act.
They will next appear before the Old Bailey. West Midlands Police said he is due at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
Nine men were arrested in the raids last month. Three have been released without charge.
