Version 0 of 1.

Not a hint of the white stuffThe thick, downy fleece of snow that lay across much of Britain on Thursday has been mirrored by blanket coverage in the press, TV, radio and online.

Pictures of snowmen, footage of cars struggling for traction on icy roads, exotic animals in zoos looking a little bemused at the sudden throng of photographers snapping away at them.

But amid the reports of school closures, snowball fights and a brooding sense that Britain is about to fall-apart, it was easy to forget that large swathes of the country saw no snow whatsoever.

Do you live in one of these utterly unremarkable areas? We want you to send us your pictures of dull, dreary, damp and overcast Britain.
