On Friday, Judge Crowther sitting at Bristol Cown Court recommended Mohammed for deportation.
Mohammed from Barton Hill in Bristol had already been convicted of a sexual offence seven years ago and was recommended for deportation then. He had been issued with a British passport in error, which has been described by the immigration passport sevice as a gross error.
