Retrial in judge sex video case

A cleaner's convictions for blackmailing one judge and stealing sex videos from another have been quashed.

Brazilian Roselane Driza, 37, was jailed last October but a retrial has been ordered by the Court of Appeal on the basis of fresh evidence.

Ms Driza was jailed for 30 months for blackmailing her former employer, known only as Judge J.

She was given another three months for the theft of two videos from Judge Mohammed Ilyas Khan.

Ms Driza was freed on bail pending the retrial.
