Two men have been charged with the murder of an 83-year-old man who was found dead in his own home.

Ferozur Rahman was found with severe head wounds in his flat in the Brick Lane area of Bethnal Green, east London, on 29 December last year.

Father-of-seven Mr Rahman, who lived alone, died the following day.

James Stace, 37, and Alfred Stace, 40, both unemployed and of no fixed abode, are due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court on Monday.
