Youth fires gun inside McDonald's

A teenage gunman opened fire on a group of youths inside a McDonald's restaurant, police have said.

The armed youth entered the Wandsworth Road premises in south-west London, on Friday at about 2235 GMT.

He aimed his weapon at about 14 youths, fired a single shot and then ran off. The group also made off following the shooting, police said.

A Metropolitan Police spokesman said no-one was injured and there have been no arrests.
