Pedestrian dies in road accident

A teenage pedestrian has died after being struck by a car in County Fermanagh.

The incident involving the 19-year-old man from Lisnaskea occurred on the Belfast Road in Enniskillen at 2230 GMT on Thursday.

Police have appealed for anyone who witnessed the accident or has information to get in touch.

Six people have now died in accidents on Northern Ireland's roads so far this year.
