The eight arrested, aged between 16 and 23-years-old, and all from the Vauxhall area, are being held on suspicion of murder and attempted murder. The nine arrested, aged between 16 and 23-years-old, and all from the Vauxhall area, are being held on suspicion of murder and attempted murder.
Detectives said the suspects were being held at various police stations across Merseyside awaiting questioning. All the suspects have been arrested for a second time, after being detained earlier in the police investigation.
