Version 0 of 1.

A teaching assistant helped her husband secretly film young girls by hosting pool parties at their home over an eight-year period, a court heard.

Rosemary Foxall prepared baths for the children while her husband Martin filmed them via hidden cameras, Wolverhampton Crown Court was told.

The 49-year-old, from Brownhills in the Black Country, denies 10 charges of making and possessing indecent images.

Her husband committed suicide shortly after he was questioned by police.

The prosecution has alleged that Mrs Foxall knew her husband was filming the girls.

'Moving in loft'

The court heard that the girls were invited over regularly to swim or play on the couple's waterslide.

They would also stay over when going with them on trips early the next day.

One girl, who cannot be named for legal reasons, said when they got changed in the couple's bedroom, they could hear Mr Foxall moving around in the loft where one of the hidden cameras was.

She said she also saw cameras in their bedroom - one on top of the wardrobe and another poking out of a pile of clothes.

In a police video interview played to the court, the girl - who visited the house about four or five times a week - said she thought that was "weird but didn't want to mention it".

When she stayed over, she was told to sleep in the couple's bedroom while they slept in a spare room.

Mr Foxall also told the girls that only one of them could change in their bedroom at a time.

"After being out we would go and get changed," the girl said in her video evidence.

"When we were in the bedroom you could hear him moving around.

"It's weird how they would tell me I could sleep in their room and they slept in another room."

The trial continues.
