Teen hurt in bonfire site attack

A man is in hospital after being assaulted at a bonfire site in Bangor, County Down.

Police received reports at about 2140 BST that a man in his late teens had been assaulted by a number of men in the Hillcrest area.

He has been taken to hospital with injuries which are thought to be serious.

Police have appealed for information about the attack.
