A man's body has been recovered from the foot of cliffs in Cornwall. | |
A rescue effort began at about 0930 BST on Sunday after a member of the public reported seeing a cyclist and his bike at Bassetts Cove, near Portreath. | |
Devon and Cornwall Police said the body of the man, a 58-year-old from the Redruth area, was recovered by a rescue helicopter and coastguards. | |
The body was flown to the Royal Cornwall Hospital in Truro and a police investigation has started. | |
