DETAILS TO FOLLOW The embassy in Moscow earlier advised US citizens to “immediately” leave Russia citing an escalating transport decoupling between Russia and Western nations. The escalating tensions come amid a Russian military operation against Ukraine, which Moscow launched on Thursday.
