Allegations at the Dublin prison have led to four being arrested thus far, AP reported, though many claims have yet to be investigated. The Bureau of Prisons is still in the process of looking into a majority of over 400 complaints of staff-on-inmate sexual assault in 2020, a year when some of the Dublin complaints occurred. Among the four that were arrested, after a complaint made its way to the Justice Department and FBI, was former warden Ray J. Garcia. | |
