A colleague of Neil Warrior, a PR director for Mazda Europe who is also missing, paid tribute to the Londoner.
Graeme Fudge, a PR director for Mazda UK, described Mr Warrior, aged in his forties, as a "perfect English gentleman".
Mr Fudge said: "He was a well-liked, well-respected guy and a very good operator in the motor industry... It is a tremendous shock for us all and our thoughts are with his family."
Mr Warrior, who worked in Germany, was on holiday in South America, he said.
Joyce, 51, the wife of another of the missing passengers, Graham Gardner, said: "I have known Graham for as long as I can remember. He's such a loving, caring and laid-back man.
