Colin Grundy-Maginess, 30, was stabbed in the chest during a dispute at a house in Ramsbrook Close, Speke, on Saturday evening. | |
He was taken to hospital by ambulance staff, who alerted Merseyside police, but died a short time later. | |
A 45-year-old woman, who was in the house at the time, is helping police with their inquiries. | |
The property has been cordoned off and house-to-house inquiries have been taking place in the area. | |
A post-mortem examination confirmed Mr Grundy-Maginess died from a stab wound to the chest, police said. | |
Investigations are continuing and police have urged witnesses to contact them. |
