Three people are being treated for minor injuries after the partial collapse of a stage at a rock festival in Derbyshire. Three people were injured when part of a stage collapsed at a music festival in Derbyshire.
High winds caused part of the roof covering one of the three stages at The Bearded Theory festival at Hulland Ward to fall on to the audience. Derbyshire Police said strong winds lifted part of the roof off the stage at The Bearded Theory event in Hulland Ward, near Ashbourne.
A number of people were also treated for shock but the festival is continuing using the other two stages. A police spokesman said the injuries included a suspected broken wrist and shoulder, back and neck injuries.

The stage was closed and made safe following the accident. Two other stages remained open.

A Derbyshire Police spokesman said the collapse happened at 1950 BST.
He said: "Reports indicated strong winds lifted part of the roof off the stage.
"Three people were injured and were taken to the Derby Royal Infirmary.

"East Midlands Ambulance Service also treated other people at the site for shock."
The Health and Safety Executive has been informed.
Several of those who saw the stage roof fall posted comments online after the incident.
Pak Chan wrote: "Have survived the great gust of wind that's wiped out the Bearded Theory festival. Am huddled in tent, awaiting weather Armageddon."
Denise Taylor, from Tewkesbury, said she was standing by the main stage when the incident happened.
She wrote: "Now heard at least one person injured from backstage... but the dancing at Bearded Theory goes on."
