He said he was "disappointed" with the tribunal result and was considering what action to take.
"It's taken me virtually three years to get to this stage and I'm no further down the line than I was before," said Mr Sellers.
"I've got a letter from the High Court in London where they took me to stop me going to the hearing that I'm entitled to all paperwork.
"I've requested all paperwork then when I get it, I'll take legal advice on it and see where it goes from there."
