Man is killed in Belfast stabbing Murder inquiry after stab death

A 44-year-old man has been stabbed to death in south Belfast, the police have said. Police have begun a murder inquiry after a 44-year-old man was stabbed to death in his home in south Belfast.
It happened in Fitzroy Avenue at about 0330 BST. A 38-year-old woman has been arrested. Anthony Robin was attacked at the house in Fitzroy Avenue at about 0330 BST on Monday. He died later in hospital.
There are no further details available at present, a Police Service of Northern Ireland spokeswoman said. A 38-year-old woman is being questioned in connection with his death.
Police have appealed for information, particularly from anyone who was near the scene around the time of the attack.
