| A couple of weeks ago when the same road was being resurfaced near llanfair Caereinion the contractors were operating a "convoy" system through the area with long delays. They still operated this system even when no work was being carried out and the only obstructions in the road were raised drains and the vehicles of the contractors operating the convoy system. Many of the delays are purely caused by Britains obsession with health and safety. Did you see the television programe with John Sargeant having to wear safety glasses to test crisps as part of a crisp could have gone into his eye? what utter madness.
