He is described as white, 4ft (1.2m) tall and slim with short blond hair. He was wearing a green Cockington School jumper and grey trousers. Officers said late on Friday night that he had been found following searches for him.
Police have urged anyone with information to call 999. They had earlier said all police units in the Torbay area had been taking part in the search.
