Version 0 of 1.

A teenager has admitted killing west Belfast greengrocer Harry Holland.

On the day his trial was due to begin, Sean Patrick McKee, 18 from Ballymurphy Road in the city pleaded guilty to stabbing Mr Holland.

Mr Holland, 65, was stabbed with a screwdriver near his Norfolk Drive home in September 2007.

Two others, Patrick Joseph Crossan, 18, from Willowbank Gardens and a 17-year-old girl who cannot be identified due to her age, are also accused of murder.

They were not brought into Belfast Crown Court on Tuesday.

McKee also pleaded guilty to a number of other charges including threatening to kill another man and being armed with various weapons including two knives, a blade and a hammer and a screwdriver in and around west Belfast.

The prosecution told trial judge Mr Justice Weir that in light of McKee's guilty pleas, in the cases of the other two "there are matters which I wish to consider with those who instruct me".

They will appear again on Wednesday.

Sentencing in the case of McKee has been adjourned until next month.
