Five people rescued in house fire

Five people were rescued after a house blaze in Cwmbran in Torfaen early on Saturday.

South Wales Fire Service were called to The Twinings in the Greenmeadow area of the town at 0220 BST, with the fire at an end-of-terrace house.

The five were rescued by firefighters using a ladder and six crew members using breathing apparatus tackled the fire.
