A man has been arrested in connection with the death of an elderly woman at her home in the north of Glasgow. A woman who was found dead in her house in north Glasgow has been named as Elizabeth Dunsmore Thomson.
Police were called to a house in Avonspark Street, Springburn, at about 0910 GMT, where they found the body of the 76-year-old woman. Ms Thomson, 76, was found in a house in Avonspark Street, Springburn, at about 0910 GMT on Sunday.
