A North Down builder has been fined £400 for falsely claiming to be a member of a trade association.
Gary Black, of Carrowdore Gardens in Bangor, was prosecuted by the Trading Standards Service for claiming membership of the Federation of Master Builders while trading as North Down Roofing Repairs.
Mr Black was fined £3,000 for similar offences on 3 October 2008.
In that case he was trading as Bangor Roofing Repairs and had also claimed membership of the FMB.
Falsely claiming to be a member of a trade association is an offence under the Trade Descriptions Act 1968.

Eight injured in two house fires
Seven people have been treated for smoke inhalation and one for burns after house fires in Londonderry and Armagh city.
Five people were treated at the scene of the fire at a house in Abbey Park, Armagh, just before 0200 BST.
Earlier, two people were treated for smoke inhalation and one for burns to the hands, after a fire at a house in Sandringham Drive, Derry.
It is believed both of the fires started accidentally.
A fire and rescue service spokesman said: "Both of these calls highlight the importance of having and maintaining a working smoke alarm.
"Had these smoke alarms not operated and the two families escaped, we could have been reporting a double tragedy."
