Six tractors destroyed in blaze

Six tractors have been destroyed in a fire at a premises on Wrexham Industrial Estate.

Police and the fire service have begun a joint investigation into the blaze at Malpas Tractors, which caused thousands of pounds worth of damage.

The alert was raised at 2020 BST on Saturday by the crew of the police helicopter which was in the area.

Three fire crews from Wrexham and one from Johnstown brought the blaze under control just after 2135 BST.

Nobody was injured in the fire.
