Two men die in separate crashes Man killed in police bike crash

Two men have been killed in separate road accidents in counties Antrim and Donegal. A man has died after his motorcycle was in collision with a police motorcycle in County Antrim.
In the first incident, a man died after his motorbike was in collision with a van on the Glenravel Road, between Ballymena and Cargan on Sunday morning. The crash took place on Garron Road, outside Carnlough, at about 1420 BST on Sunday as the police were escorting a group of motorcyclists to an event.
Meanwhile, a man in his 30s from Londonderry died after the car he was driving crashed into a fence on the Muff to Molville Road. The police officer has been taken to hospital, but his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Another man in his 20s was also seriously injured in the accident. The incident has been reported to the the Police Ombudsman who is carrying out an investigation.
The accident took place at about 1000 BST on Sunday. In a separate incident, another motorcyclist died when his bike was in collision with a van near Ballymena.
