Nightclub searched in drugs raids Six charged with drug offences

The police have arrested a number of people in the Greater Belfast area in relation to alleged drug dealing offences. Six people have been charged with a number of drug offences following a police operation in the greater Belfast area.
The drug squad are carrying out a search at Mynt nightclub in the Cathedral Quarter area of Belfast. Police said five men and a woman had been charged with offences in relation to the possession and supply of class A drugs.
It's understood that a number of other premises have also been searched. They are due to appear at court in Belfast on Friday.
The people under arrest are being questioned at Antrim serious crime suite. Earlier on Thursday, a number of people were arrested in the greater Belfast area after police searches.
