However, despite being well known for his producing skills, Mr Channing-Williams's legacy will also live on with his affiliations to the charity, The Constant Gardener Trust, of which he was a trustee.
The film of the same name, which Mr Channing-Williams produced scooped a number of prestigious silver screen nominations and awards.
Starring Ralph Fiennes and Rachel Weisz, the film was shot predominantly in Kenya and during filming the cast and crew decided to set up a charitable trust to specifically help the communities they had met and worked with during the shoot.
The trust's aim was to help improve basic sanitation and education for those in need.
However, its success snowballed with a series of medical camps and fundraising initiatives including the selling of locally-made crafts and artefacts by Mr Channing-Williams's wife, Annie, under the guise of Sweet Charity based in Marazion.
