Police investigating the murder of a man whose body was cut into pieces have said a torso found in a ditch had the right arm and upper left arm attached.

Hertfordshire Police said the latest find in Gore Lane, Standon, on Saturday was from the same victim as other body parts found in two counties.

A police spokeswoman said only the victim's hands were still to be found.

The man's legs, head and left forearm were found in separate locations in Leicestershire and Hertfordshire.

A Hertfordshire Police spokeswoman said: "The full right arm was attached to the man's torso which was discovered on Saturday, as was the upper left arm."
