Two Londonderry brothers' with a £500m investment and development business have had 28 of their 75 subsidiaries placed into administration. Two Londonderry brothers with a £500m commercial property business have had 30 of their 75 companies placed into administration.
The brothers, Patrick and Hugh Hegarty, own the business W G Mitchell. Patrick and Hugh Hegarty own the W G Mitchell business.
W G Mitchell companies own the Richmond shopping centre in Derry, and properties in Edinburgh and Glasgow. W G Mitchell owns properties in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England which are leased to third parties.
