Woman arrested over man's death

A 36-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with the death of a man in West Dunbartonshire at the weekend.

The body of Stephen McGinley, 35, was discovered in his home in Darwin Place, Clydebank, at 1440 BST on Saturday.

Police said they were treating his death as suspicious following the results of a post-mortem examination.

The woman arrested is expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Tuesday. A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
