A man has been remanded in custody by magistrates at Merthyr Tydfil charged with murdering his wife. | |
Richard Williams, 44, is accused of killing his wife Lorraine, also 44, at their home in Abercwmboi, Rhondda Cynon Taf on Friday night. | |
Police were called to the house on Park View Terrace but Mrs Williams died later in Prince Charles hospital. | |
Magistrates remanded Mr Williams in custody and to appear at Merthyr Crown Court on 14 April. | |
Police have set up a major incident room at Mountain Ash police station and are appealing for further information. |
