ABC News has reported that at least one suspected gunman is dead. One suspected gunman was later found dead, federal officials told the Associated Press news agency.
Dozens of people were in the buildings of the American Civic Association (ACA) in Binghamton, north of New York City, when the attacker entered. The police are reported to have taken two other people away from the building in plastic handcuffs.
