A woman wanted for questioning following claims that money belonging to a dance troupe had gone missing has been arrested.
Amanda Williams, 51, was last seen driving away from her home in Swindon, Wiltshire, on Wednesday morning.
Amanda Williams, 51, from Wiltshire was arrested by police in Weymouth in Dorset earlier on Friday.
Police say they want to check on her safety and to ask about the cash, which was for a troupe trip to the US.
She had last been seen driving away from her home in Stoneybeck Close in Swindon on Wednesday morning.
"We are still trying to establish the full circumstances surrounding her disappearance which remain unclear at this time," police said.
The missing money was for a troupe trip to the US. Detectives are bringing Mrs Williams back to Swindon.
"Whilst our priority remains the safety and wellbeing of Mandy and we ask her to make contact with us, we can confirm that we are investigating a report that an amount of money is missing from a local dance troupe with which Mandy was involved and we wish to speak with her in connection with that matter also."
Wiltshire police confirmed earlier that the missing money was to fund a visit by a teenage dance troupe to the US to represent the UK in the international Dance Excellence competition.
Mrs Williams is 5ft 4ins with short brown hair. She was last seen wearing a white fleece sweatshirt and dark leggings.
She was carrying a large brown handbag with a large key ring with the letter M on it in green diamante. She was driving her Renault Laguna.
Wiltshire police said a large number of officers were involved in the search for Mrs Williams and they had been working closely with colleagues in other forces to help locate her.
In addition to investigations at her home address in Stoneybeck Close, checks have also been made with local bus services, the railways and taxi firms.
