Crews were called to the incident 1414 BST. South Wales Police have confirmed there is an ongoing incident at the airport. A fire crew based at the airfield laid down a blanket of foam as a precautionary measure, in case the damaged aircraft caught fire.
Three crews from the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the incident at 1414 BST.
