The veterans have returned to the High Court to continue their fight for the right to settle in the UK. The Gurkhas have returned to the High Court to try to make the government act on a ruling made last September.

The veterans went back to the High Court earlier this month to seek an injunction to force the government to take action.
It followed a ruling in September that excluding soldiers who retired before 1997 was unlawful.
