A 42-year-old man has died after his lorry overturned on the M1 onslip at Moira, County Down, police have said. A 42-year-old man has died after his lorry overturned on the M1 onslip at Moira, County Down.
Richard Mullen, from the Enniskillen area, was the driver of the lorry, the only vehicle involved in the accident, which was reported just after 1300 GMT. He was Richard Mullan from the Tempo Road area of Enniskillen, County Fermanagh.
The westbound onslip is likely to remain closed until later on Thursday evening. The accident, which only involved Mr Mullan's lorry, happened at about 1230 GMT on Thursday.
Traffic is being diverted through Moira, Lurgan and back onto the M1 at Junction 10. It is understood that Mr Mullan, who was married with four children, was a former firefighter.
