Kenneth Jackson, 78, who lives in the flat underneath the injured man, believed the incident happened about 0715 GMT.

He told BBC News Online: "All I heard was a crash so I opened the blinds and there outside the window was part of the roof that had come down.
"Then we were told here had been a gas explosion.
"The police got us all out and took us all over to the school opposite (Bodnant Infants' School).
"We were there for a good two hours before they did a gas test and let us back in."
According to Mr Jackson, the injured man was in his 50s and lived on his own.
He said: "We've heard they took him to hospital but we've no idea how he is.
"Nobody really knows what happened."
Mr Jackson added he had not heard anything which sounded like an explosion.
