Elin's sisters, Amy and Tesne, wrote a verse on Saturday night after they learned of her death.
It reads: "We will always be three / And three we go on / In our hearts and our minds / Forever we will be one".
In a statement, her family said: "Elin was one of a set of triplets. She leaves a mum, stepdad, her two sisters and three brothers and a devastated extended family.
'Horrific scene'
"She was a happy-go-lucky smiling bubbly little thing and was friends with everyone. She worked at the local store and post office and everyone is gutted at this news.
"Elin's ambition was to study at Coleg Menai on a health and social course with a view to becoming a nursery nurse.

Chief Insp Rob Kirman said on Saturday: "Upon arrival it was quite a horrific scene, where one vehicle has left the road and struck a tree, which has then fallen down and struck a parked vehicle. Police said it was an "horrific scene" when they arrived, and they have been trying to establish the cause.
"The investigations are at a very early stage and it's quite difficult to say at this moment in time what caused the accident. Local councillor Keith Evans, who lives 100 yards from the scene of the crash and was woken by the activity outside his home, said it was horrendous and "a dreadful waste of life".
"We know that only one vehicle has been involved. The second vehicle had been parked at the side of the road and had been struck by the tree and was not involved at all in the collision." He did not know the circumstances of the crash, but said there was often "excessive speeding in and out of the built-up area, invariably involving young drivers, and I have personally seen racing taking place".

"I am not aware of the circumstances surrounding the crash but this road has a 30mph limit, is straight, with good visibility, and is well lit.
"It is the A5 trunk road and is referred to as the Menai loop, because it forms part of the official dual crossing of the Menai Straits, by means of the two bridges that link Anglesey and the mainland," he said.
