Two men have been charged after a robbery at a newsagents in Llanelli.

Dyfed-Powys Police said a small samurai sword was used to threaten a female employee and approximately £200 cash was stolen from the till on Friday.

The two men have been charged with robbery and possession of a bladed article. They will appear at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Monday.

Four other men initially arrested after the incident at New Dock newsagents have been released without charge.
