Three charged after city attack

Three men have been charged with attempted murder following a serious assault in Londonderry.

The men, aged 21, 25 and 26 are due to appear in court on Monday.

The charges relate to an assault at Foyle Street in Derry on Friday morning which left a 27-year-old man in a critical condition in hospital.

The man, who is from Lifford in County Donegal, suffered a serious head injury during the incident.
