"Knowing Jade, she will rise to the occasion. She's very resilient," said her publicist, Max Clifford.
She has pledged to walk down the aisle unaided to meet her fiance, Jack Tweed.

The former Big Brother contestant will be wearing her "dream dress", a £3,500 gown presented to her as a gift by Harrods boss Mohamed al Fayed.
Police, media and well-wishers all gathered at the entrance to the hotel, while a spotter plane flew overhead trailing a banner emblazoned with the couple's names.
On Friday, the Sun reported Goody had decided not to wear a veil, so that guests could see how her head has been left bald by chemotherapy treatment.
Goody, 27, arrived at the venue by helicopter on Saturday night, by which time she was in "a lot of pain", according to Clifford.
Several celebrity guests are expected to attend the wedding, where pop stars The Sugababes will provide entertainment.
"She had a bad evening. She was excited. She has been overdoing it," he said.
"She needed quite a bit of medical help."
But a "good night's rest" had restored her spirits, and Clifford said the former Big Brother star was "like a little one that's just woken up on Christmas Day".

"Most of us are concentrating on the fact that this is something that she's so happy about actually happening and so much looking forward to doing.

Awareness raised
Professor Mike Richards, who is in charge of the Government's strategy for tackling cancer in England, said Goody's experiences with cervical cancer could help save lives if more women came forward for screening.
"She is incredibly unlucky to have cervical cancer at her age but it does occur," he told the BBC.
"Cervical cancer is one of those cancers that can occur, roughly speaking, from any age.
"But the good news about cervical cancer is that we can pick it up, even before it becomes a cancer, and that's why screening is so important."
