Ms Goody's publicist Max Clifford said that, after the wedding, there "won't be more episodes of the series they [Living TV] have been filming".
A spokeswoman for his office said Mr Tweed would not receive any money from the deal and had agreed the entire amount should be passed onto Ms Goody's sons Bobby, five, and Freddie, four.
The wedding is scheduled to take place at Down Hall, a country house hotel in Hertfordshire close to Ms Goody's home in Ongar, Essex.
Big Brother row
In January 2007, Ms Goody received widespread criticism for alleged racist bullying of her fellow Celebrity Big Brother contestant, Indian film actress Shilpa Shetty.
Mr Brown, who was chancellor at the time, said on a visit to India: "I understand that in the UK there have already been 10,000 complaints from viewers about these remarks, which people see, rightly, as offensive."
He added: "I want Britain to be seen as a country of fairness and tolerance. Anything detracting from this I condemn."
Ms Goody appeared last year on the Indian version of Big Brother, called Bigg Boss. She had to leave early after she was informed she had cervical cancer during the series.
After months of treatment it was recently revealed that the cancer had spread to her bowel, liver and groin, with Mr Clifford saying she had only months to live.
