Saturday's Snowdon rescues included: | |
• Two men from a party of four fell while walking down the mountain, leaving one stranded on a cliff ledge and the other seriously injured. Another man and a woman were stranded and all were flown to safety by an RAF helicopter | |
• In the nearby Glydir Fach mountain range, a man fell while going down and suffered head injuries. He was walked down by rescuers and transferred to hospital | |
• A woman fell and suffered an ankle injury before being walked down the mountain and treated. | |
